Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These terms explain the UK-only pre-launch service we currently offer. Tuno is available only to UK residents and works in English only.

This page is written for the current UK launch scope. It should be reviewed before any non-UK launch or material product change.

Who We Are

Tuno AI Ltd provides an AI-powered technology assistant for Windows PCs, with optional family oversight, browser safety features, Outlook email safety checks, and subscription billing.

Contact: hello@asktuno.ai. Support: support@asktuno.ai.

Current Availability

Tuno is currently available only to residents of the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription.

The Tuno Button can currently be shipped only to UK addresses. We do not currently support purchases, billing addresses, or fulfilment outside the UK.

Tuno currently works in English only. We may add more countries and languages later, but they are not part of the current service.

Subscriptions And Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Before checkout, we show the plan, price, trial details, renewal terms, and cancellation route. You can cancel from the Family Portal or by contacting support.

Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled. Annual subscriptions may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer rules where applicable.

AI Limitations And Safety

Tuno is a technology assistant, not a medical, financial, legal, tax, or emergency adviser.

Tuno may make mistakes. You remain in control, and Tuno guides you rather than clicking, typing, or changing settings on your behalf.

Do not use Tuno for emergencies. In an emergency in the UK, call 999.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Where a change materially affects your rights, subscription, or data processing, we will give advance notice where required.
