Tuno is priced for normal personal technology help. Fair use keeps the service reliable for elderly users and their families.
Personal Use
Subscriptions are for personal household use, not commercial IT support, resale, automation, scraping, or bulk use.
Tuno should be used for technology assistance, scam safety, device help, and related personal support.
High Usage
If usage is far outside normal personal use, we may contact you to understand your needs, suggest a different plan, or apply reasonable limits.
We will not abruptly cut off an elderly user's core assistance without warning except where required for safety, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Resource-Intensive Features
Continuous unattended screen sharing, voice sessions, or automated interactions are not fair use. Tuno is designed for active assistance sessions.
